12.17. I had such a bad experience with Highpoint Breville store this mornig and still very upset about it.  I had a broken clasp on my watch which is still under warranty.  3 weeks ago, i went to the store and was told that she will order a new part for me and will call  me in 2 weeks. But she didn’t. Therefore today i came in the store  and met with two managers!. As i had been giving the run around, i asked them to write down the resolution. They refused it, the situation strangely esculated i.e. they  threatened me with security. Can you believe that! I will definitely never go back again.

I asked an employee politely for assistance she snapped at me rolling her eyes saying she was busy with another customer and would be with me in a minute and then proceeded to serve a different customer who just entered the store
