Good car parking and nice small library. However the wifi signal to the end room where there are power points and nice tables for laptops is extremely low, so internet from there is mostly unusable. Writing this review from my portable computer using my phone as a Hotspot.
I came in on October 11, 2025, around 3:30 PM to print some papers. When I asked if I could use a computer and how much it would cost for certain pages, the staff member, an Asian male, ignored my questions and told me to use the computer first. When I needed help logging in, he wasn’t helpful at all.nnLater, when I told him about the number of pages I put it through for printing, he charged me and told me to use a number from the visitor pass. I mentioned I could scan a barcode while trying to get my printouts, as I was stuck on printer to get my printing out I said it’s nothing showing up he told me you go and press OK on the computer in a very arrogant way, which felt unprofessional with others watching. It would have been better if he had explained everything clearly from the start.nn---
The noisiest library I've attended especially the male Asian staff members. They talk so loud. I couldn't concentrate on the documents I had to fill out using the desktop computer.
Excellent location. Friendly & knowledgeable staff on site. Neat tidy & extremely well cared for. Everything in its place! Safe & comfortable temperature indoors. Good seating options too. So much to read! They also have J of Peace on certain days, that's a truly great service! One of my favorite places especially on a rainy day, very nice to just sit & read there. Well decorated & bright & well lit. Beautiful glass windows. Well recommended to all.
