Excellent location. Friendly & knowledgeable staff on site. Neat tidy & extremely well cared for. Everything in its place! Safe & comfortable temperature indoors. Good seating options too. So much to read! They also have J of Peace on certain days, that's a truly great service! One of my favorite places especially on a rainy day, very nice to just sit & read there. Well decorated & bright & well lit. Beautiful glass windows. Well recommended to all.

Nice library located about 15 mins drive from Auckland city centre. Every saturday there is Farmers Nite market. The library next to a cafe. Plenty of parking spaces.

Horrible customer service. I called up to check JP service timings and the person on the phone refused to give any details even though she knew. What if someone doesn’t know how to use internet, will they still give this sort of answer? I suggest you ask your staff to be polite and give information while they are on call

Love going to library to do excercises on a tuesday
