I took my grandmother here today and Sarah who did the admissions was very caring, helpful and patient with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. My grandmother was left with a very good impression of the nurse Travis before theatre, who made her feel very relaxed and calm, she found him to be very personable. Her whole experience throughout the whole hospital was pleasant and all staff who helped her out were amazing. Would highly recommend
My wife & I both had cararact surgery plus IOL at PPH with Dr Marc Wei. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful and made us feel at ease.
Went for my first ever surgery procedure here and the staff were so nice, I felt comfortable and at ease. I came out of the anaesthetic pretty fast so was discharged as soon as I could walk. Happy with my experience :
I’m so grateful for everyone that works in the private day hospital, since my arrival to the hospital to the end they treat me with all the love and attention, specially to the nurses that look after my surgery and my surgeon Dr Scamp and the anaesthetist with his nurse. they treat me like I was their daughter or favourite patient. Thankkk youuuuu so grateful.
I had a laser vermilionectomy yesterday. I was very nervous but every staff member I met was so caring and reassuring. From the receptionist, to the nurses, Christina, Vicky, Paula and another lady whose name I can't remember, Phil the anaesthetist, Claude, my surgeon Dr Layt, to the ladies in recovery and discharge. A very professional service provided by a well oiled team. Thank you every one of you.
What an amazing team of people, i was looked after from start to finish & the lovely Lauren helped me fill in the admission documentation what a Gem. Thank you everyone for making me feel comfortable & special.
Very disappointed. We are regular patients due to my son having a severe allergy. Receptionist always charges us as for the first visit which is clearly wrong. Considering how much treatment costs and dr visit on top, absolutely wrong.
We visited Dr. Smith. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and supportive when our child was scared of having her first injection. I don't think without his support we could start treatment. However We found the customer service very frustrated . Each time we called,had to wait long time,then most of the time we were cutoff . We couldn't found out our new order details on line so we called to place an order for injection,after half hour waiting,we were cut off, then we sent an email. The admin sent us a form to fill out, we were confused and had questions. After a week waiting for reply ,We contacted.The admin was very rude and offensives. We asked politely to talk to the manger of the center or at least to have his/her email address which she refused. We give full stars for the clinic for excellent Drs and diagnoses and treatment but very frustrated with admins.
My wife recently had a procedure here. I was appalled by the sausage factory treatment she received. She was send home still feeling groggy from the anesthetic without pain relief and the follow up phone call was a complete waste of time. At least the receptionist got to tick her off the list.
My Father had been nil by mouth since dinner the evening before his hernia repair operation . I drove my father in at the time appointed as the check in time at Pacific Private . We waited an hour in the admissions area before staff accompanied my dad through a set of doors - i was advised that he would be getting changed and prepared for his surgery that afternoon about 1 or 2 pm despite insisting that he arrive no later then 11am, I felt I had no choice other than to leave him as I was not offered anywhere to wait for him. I called the hospital at 3 for an update and they advised he was still on the ward waiting surgery. I called again at 5pm and still nothing he was waiting surgery on h is ward. My father had not had any food or fluid since the night before I was extremely concerned and advised staff of my concern and was made to feel extremely silly and stupid as though I should know what their waiting times and operating times were . I called again at 6 still nothing - I was finally able to speak with my father just before 8pm and was advised they would be taking him in shortly - by 10pm he was back in the ward but im afraid too little too late as none of the family were able to see him as the doors to the hospital are closed and there is no visiting. I was disgusted and appalled . DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL
