OuterInner Dress Boutique

I recently purchased my wedding gown from outterinner. The dress online was considered "new" and it was absolutely stunning. I ordered it, and in about a week got an email saying the fabric and design of lace on that dress was completely out of stock. I was so confused-My first thought was how? Isn't this a new dress!? She sent me two diff. kinds of lace to choose from as sales were final. I was pissed!!! I chose the best lace in hopes it would be similiar to what I saw on their website. Dont show case something you dont have in stock-and than try to offer me free earrings to make me feel better. With all that BS aside the dress was still beautiful and I made it look beautiful!

I ordered 2 dresses and a bathing suit. They fit fine through the hips and waist, but the bust is a joke! Made for a 10 year old. I even went up in size to a large and XL for the bandage dress. I wear a 10 US and had to give the XL Bandage Dress to my sized 2 daughter who could just squeeze into it. They tell me the items are custom made and not returnable. Terrible policy, terrible quality.

So Nice to know Outerinner has its local shop. Since brought the first dress from them with fantastic quality, and very nice service, I knew they will get into better and better, awaiting to get a chance to take a visiting to their local place and finally can meet those guys and ci more beautiful dresses~ lol

The address on here is not the address for the shop, I think you should change it so people can actually find the shop :-( I was really looking forward to finding a nice dress for my formal.
