Was looking for a nice dress for my daughters 21st birthday. At first the sales lady was very helpful. And I thought I had found the perfect dress. So I proceeded to purchase it, the ticket had a good price of $99.99 but the sales lady said the price is wrong and ripped off the ticket. That it had been priced wrong and in fact was $199.99. I made an unhappy comment and walked out. I believe they were obligated to sell it to me at the ticketed price. However I would have been prepared to meet in the middle. And pay $150. Not a good customer experience for me!.......................6/4/18. The problem above has been rectified, thanks Carmel for stepping up to created an excellent customer experience. The dress arrived this week and I am very happy with it. Can't wait to wear it tomorrow! Thanks again for putting things right! After sales service can make all the difference to a businesses reputation. And I can definitely recommend Fuschia Boutique for beautiful gowns for all occasions! ☺

Very rude. Terrible customer service. Went in today and one of the ladies that worked was incredibly rude to my friend who is trying to buy a ball dress. I found a dress for me and I though it was amazing apart from the broken zip- I was gonna get it until I realised she had put up the price on purpose from $199 (I saw the price tag) to $399 ?? Just because I was interested in it. She was just so rude, to me and my friend. Don’t recommend.

Recently got an industrial piercing here. She talked me through the steps while she was doing it and made it as painless and quick as possible! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Excuse my somewhat offensive username for this review but I went in there to get my navel done as my usual place was closed for the day. Can't say much about how well the piercing is doing as I just got it today but so far so good. It was very quick and clean and quite painless. I still honestly can't even feel it and did not bleed at all. I did get a little hot afterwards and the lady offered some cold fizzy water which I found quite nice and made sure I didn't feel faint. So fair so good.

I have worked here over six years and can pretty much say we are great! We are a family run business, and try our best to provide a fashion forward and child friendly, service. Gone are the days of ear lobe piercings gone wrong at pharmacies as we do not pierce lobes with a gun. I had my nose, belly and tongue done at Fuschia over 15 years ago. Fuschia has remained a destination ear and body piercing store, as well as the go to place for a ball gown or party dress. Has been a landmark in Newmarket since my high school days and remains the same, just bigger and better. Our new look is COMING SOON!
