Delightful interior, nice range of bridal gowns and great service. Clara and Alma are really helpful and professional when it comes to dress fitting and alterations. The whole process from choosing a gown to receiving a gown went very smoothly and I definitely recommend this lovely boutique to any bride-to-be!

I brought a gorgeous dress from Alma J online as I couldn't make it to Auckland to try it on anytime soon. The dress was a sample dress in their Sale listings. They were great in replying to my emails in response to any questions I had prior to purchase. What they failed to tell me was if the dress didn't fit they have a 3 day return policy! This vital information doesn't appear on their website either. Unfortunately the dress had a fault with it and I've had to employ a dressmaker to fix it as the fault is very noticeable. Whilst I emailed Alma J back to convey my disappointment at not being advised of the 3 day return policy and the fault with the dress, I have not had a response from them. I am convinced I brought a gorgeous dress, which with the help of my dressmaker it will be perfect on my day - I appreciate I brought it on sale, but feel let down by their lack of care once the sale was secured
