Ilyse is amazing!! Her level of customer care is outstanding and she made the whole experience of finding and buying my dress a stress free, enjoyable and memorable experience!  She went above and beyond, even following up with me by email to make sure I didn't miss out on my veil when I was still deciding. I felt so beautiful in my dress, and it was the perfect touch of bridal and a bit of me! I cannot recommend Astra enough! A beautiful showroom with a large selection of beautiful dresses. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, Elysia helped me pick out a few dresses in the style I was looking for and threw some extra options in there too. I fell in love with one of Elysias picks as soon as I put it on! Elysia and her team were so helpful and informative and made the process easy. Thank you Elysia and the Astra team.

Courtney was so beautiful to work with! I was really nervous going in and I was only going to have a look. But ended up finding my dream dress, Courtney made it so easy and super fun! And gave me the confidence and support I needed! Loved the dress and the amazing service. Thanks again!

I couldn't have been more happy with my experience at Astra Bridal with the amazing Ilyese at the helm! I went in nervous and unsure of what to expect and Ilyese and the team supported me with their expert knowledge to help me find the most perfect dress that I had always dreamed of. The team at Astra Newmarket has been nothing but lovely, supportive and amazing! I had two appointments with Courtney and she has been so lovely, really patient and a real hype person for me : I came in alone to find my dress and she provided great support and advice! I honestly had so much fun that I also brought my partner later on to their Opening event to share the experience.  I'm currently waiting for my dress to arrive and I received regular emails from Cindy with updates on the timeline and regular check ins.  This has been such a fun and lovely experience, I'm really excited to pick up my dress and create a custom veil with them too.

I’ve been to both stores as part of my bridal experience with the newest store in Newmarket having just opened. Everyone at Astra is so friendly and welcoming and totally put me at ease. And really made me feel special. I was a little nervous and totally overwhelmed with all the beautiful dresses but in no time I felt like a kid in a candy store! And what a selection of dresses! On finding my dress the seamstress suggested some little detail changes and the dress arrived in under two months and is perfect! I had been to two other bridal stores in Auckland but this was my favorite experience above all. Down to the email communications, the card they sent me after picking the dress, and at the two visits. I felt so special. Thank you Astra!

Absolutely amazing,  I totally love the dress. Had lots of compliments and omg my husband was stunned and said I looked so beautiful.  I would totally recommend Astra, for wedding dresses and great service as well.   Omg I so want to wear my dress again.

Astra Bridal were amazing from start to finish in helping me find my perfect dress. Courtney was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable with trying on the dresses. Their knowledge  is fantastic and they pulled a few dresses for me which I wasn't initially  interested  in but turned out loving them. Definitely  trust in the process and the teams skills in what will look good on your body type. The shop was clean and spacious with awesome fitting rooms and refreshments. Would 100% recommend to any future bride looking for the perfect  dress.
