I'm posting my feedback roughly after 2 weeks, But just to mention one thing that I'm highly impressed with the excellent customer service from "Naftalie" She's so responsive and soft spoken. Although I didn't buy anything on that day, But being a Manager, I can relate their customer service is #TopNotch Your Loyal Customer, Will definitely come back
I don't appreciate your staff viewing me as a potential criminal instead of a customer. It's only happened with Caucasian staff, never with the Maori/Pacific Island staff. It's rude and hurtful, because I really like your clothes. I will stick to shopping online, where there's no racial profiling.

I had the best customer service from Karen yesterday in Sylvia Park. She was so helpful and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gave honest advice and matched some of my outfits perfectly. Karen figured out what I liked pretty quickly and then was able to bring me different things to try. I highly recommend going to see her for your clothing needs. Thank you Karen
