Good store if you like the brand this is the place to be. I like their new coloured boots. A lot to choose from. I like the the quality and some of the styles. A hèlpfùl staff member answered my questions about the shoes. That helped my good experience there. The store is also wheelchair accessible.
Great customer service from Airav hope that was spelt correctly!. Knew precisely about the conditioning and materials of the product purchased and fixed the chain and patch on the boot as a favour. Made my day!
So, today we were looking for a jacket in store, and we were looking for the stuff of the jacket, about to try it and One of your staff came and say the price loudly and in a bit rude way. Then she went to the counter and started laughing with another staff member. This is not good at all. Totally bad experience. Should learn some etiquettes before working as salesperson
The English lady who served me at the Slyvia Park store today was phenomenal. She was so helpful and friendly. No judgments passed on us, just simply and beautifully a kind and lovely human. Thank you lady
Probably the best customer service I have had in a while. Went in on the weekend and you could just tell the staff had a genuine interest in helping us. Mel who I believe is the manager was incredibly helpful and so kind. You could tell she really loved what she does. We walked away with two pairs of shoes but not once felt pressured to buy them! Thanks heaps to the team!
The worst customer service ever. I bought a pair of shoes for my friend as a gift and I asked the guy working there that if my friend dose not like them Can I exchange or do refund and he replied yes you can. The next day when We went there, my friend doesn’t like any shoes there so we asked for a refund and they said they can’t give refund as their company policy. I told them That I already asked the guy yesterday. They said may b its a miscommunication. Overall it was so disappointing and the Manager was also not at all good at solving the issue. I found her little rude. I would have give them 0 stars if I could.
Terrible sales people. Bought some boots at full price - decided it was NOT the best for hiking and came back for a refund. It's not offered so they recommended me some hiking boots. I bought them and they assured me that they were good. I've never been in so much pain from shoes. They never did break in because they didn't fit the sides of my feet. These sales people will say anything for a sale and said everything was perfect. The original pair of shoes would have not been suitable at all - my boyfriend did try them out and they look terrible and it has snagged in a lot of places- NOT for hiking. I don't know why the sales people said it would be fine. Both pairs belong in the bin after less than 6 months.
Lots of items to choose from, brand is top notch! Staff offered attentive service and we went home with what we originally wanted.
Had the best shopping experience at this store. Staff were very patient, I tried 8 pairs of shoes, and a few shirts Staff were knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Boots i purchased are amazing and highly recommended this product and store.
One guy here who told us he's a plumber by trade has the best customer service at this store. We felt like we were looked down on by the other storekeepers because of the way we were dressed at the time. We left the store with 2 pair of boots, 1 pair being limited editions. Thanks to that guy
