Best customer service I’ve had. I came in wanting to get some black converse and Alex was extremely helpful in finding my size and giving me options to try out, before making a decision. The other team members were also very attentive and would offer help before I asked. Super impressed and happy with my experience here :
Visited this store twice in roughly 3 hours. First time 2 staff members, both were friendly, helpful and patient, second time there was a new staff member who was a little less patient, not as helpful, left to go serve other customers mid fitting. Overall, not a bad experience, there is room for improvement.
Mon 29 Aug 2022. 11AM. Great customer service experience here this morning. The staff member was informative, knew her products and knew how to be ready for the customer without breathing down your neck. Will return to this store again.

Awesome service from one of the staff members at this store, didn't grab her name but she was African. Went to the back to check for an item even getting her manager to look through the recent stock that had arrived. Will shop here again for sure.
Awful experience! Very bad customer service! Rule and stupid staff. You won’t be able return your item if it’s doesn’t fits our needs! DONT GO THERE!!
Love there stuff, shous last forever if you take care of em and there socks are super comfy. The normally have some discount or cash back deal if you spend a certain amount at one time so we normally try and get everyone's stuff at once. It can get a bit crazy when it's busy.

Even worse than the Nike store. 2 staff just talked to each other. She got us the shoes as requested and then went back to her conversation with her counter mate. Just rude really. And stupid
I have brought from this store several times, the service is always helpful and friendly! Definitely my go to for converse
