The girls at Number One Shoes are really lovely, fantastic service always have smiles on their face, very surprised as I know it is always a busy period during Christmas! definitely recommend to others. who also dislike busy periods for retail therapy. Lacey & Hynda were Fabulous!!!!!!!

Spoke with Hynda (store manager) who was not very helpful when the store only sold us 1 shoe. She accepted they shouldve checked but were too busy to arrange a courier or someone to drop it to our house. The shoes was for a special occasion. Very disappointed in the service from this store and we would like others to check the right products are in the box as they won't and won't go out of their way to fix it.

WOW!! will definitely be coming back to this branch, Samantha who served me along with the other girls were AMAZINGLY helpful , they had great insight about shoes that would be good for travelling as i'll be leaving to paris tomorrow. Merry xmas Mt wellington Team  Je vous remercie
