I saw an advertisement for Osier Belle a few years ago and checked out its website. I fell in love with their furniture. We recently renovated our house and needed some outdoor furniture. I immediately thought of Osier Belle and went to their Neutral Bay showroom to look at the range. There was so many beautiful pieces that I had a difficult time deciding which one(s) to get. Penny came to our house and offered much needed advice. She even offered to make a dog bed for our staffy, Darcy! Penny really cares about how the final product looks and even came to our house a second time to advise on the fabric for the cushions etc. We have had the furniture for 2 months now and we absolutely love it. Quality of the products is top notch. The before and after sales service is also fantastic. Definitely recommend Osier Belle.

I had a great experience dealing with Osier Belle. Penny was a huge help in selecting the right style and colour furniture for our outdoor terrace. The at home consultation was invaluable and our furniture was customised to fit our space perfectly. No off the shelf purchase would have worked as well. Highly recommend. Also a lovely team to deal with from the shop right through to delivery guys.

What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Penny and the staff at Osier Belle. It has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of professionalism. They have made buying new outdoor furniture a really lovely experience, thank you.

Over the many years dealing with Penny and her staff whether a simple enquiry or searching in the back blocks for sets of covers of an earlier purchased outdoor Sectional sofa, it has been a friendly 'we can do' attitude which is refreshing to know that extra bit of service is done so professionally. Congratulations Penny & staff, your new showroom is innovative and very inspiring!

These products are very interesting, exciting, original... especially the hanging pods.. like organic weaver bird homes. The designs make me feel balanced, harmonious, at one with the environment. My grandson thinks it looks like a very comfy raindrop or a marshmallow gnome house !!
