Very happy with the customer service.  Sat down with a design consultant who helped me with material and colour selection for my sofa that would suit the interior of my home.  Ongoing after-sales communication with our consultant was terrific and they answered all my questions about timing, delivery, etc, promptly.
The delivery and installation team were very professional.
This is the fourth time I have bought from Fanuli Furniture and I highly recommend them.

I am so in love with the beautiful Flexform design .

Bernard at Fanuli was incredibly helpful and supportive in assisting us choose exactly the right furniture for the space we have. 

His attention to detail and quiet manner really made both the sales and after sale process seemless.

I have let Bernard know we will be back for his advise for more furniture once we have settled in .

We would not go anywhere else !!!

This is a very big THANK YOU to Bernard at Fanuli's Cremorne store. We unexpectedly had to furnish our new 3-bedroom apartment from scratch as we sold all of our old furniture with our previous home.  My wife had done countless hours/days of research and had ideas of what she wanted, but the more she looked at various places and pieces the more confusing it seemed to be.              We wanted to make sure we got it right the first time, colour, style, sizes and complimenting pieces needed to be decided on.  She had been into Fanuli (and other places) a few times during her endless research phase but it wasn't until she/we met Bernard that it all came together. He visited our new empty apartment and he was able to visualise what we wanted, needed and could afford.  The end product (furniture) arrived this month and we are thrilled with the result. Our living room, family room and bedrooms are just right. We love putting the key in our door and being home. Bernard played a big part in getting this to all come together. Thanks! In 2015 we built a very modern house, and the furniture at Fanuli suits it perfectly in both design and quality.  
The wait period - several months some times whilst it comes from Italy is hard, but well worth it.
Pleasant but very NON pushy staff - Jason Woodland was/is particularly helpful, friendly  and a pleasure to deal with.  
Having started with two chairs and ottomans , we did not even  look anywhere else for our sofas, dining table and chairs, stools,  side tables or outdoor setting. 
We had a potential problem with one arm chair.  It was inspected and both were replaced (due to risk of non color matching) without hesitation.

An extremely satisfying experience. From showroom to dispatch, delivery and assembly - Fanuli is a very professional and reliable operation.

Fantastic service - excellent style advice from Deborah, delivery on time and so careful with the furniture. Jason and Chermaine have also helped me select a number of other key pieces. I keep going back to Fanuli!
