I wish I could give more than 5 stars. By far best hair salon I been to. From start to finish the whole experience was impeccable. Starting off with essential oils and a relaxation massage. Jade was the stylist I saw and not only was she beyond lovely, I’m so pleased with my hair. I have long hair and have been to so many salons for a style and the curls fall out so quickly. I'm so in love with my hair cut thanks to Gav! I was a bit nervous after going elsewhere last time and the stylist chopped all of my hair off. Gave knew what was best for my hair without me even having to say a single word and I couldn't be more impressed with how it turned out. A small group of us attended this salon late last year and it was the most horrific experience, I was a young PWD and it is clear they don't know how to communicated with 'people like us'. My friend came in to get a full head of babylights, a cut and face framing, I know in the consult everything was discussed and agreed to by the salon. They only 'foiled' two pieces of hair at the front of her face and ended up not cutting it at all. Their excuse was she was too hard to work with physically because of her disability. Waiver was already signed and they had the deposit. Full price was paid despite then clearly not doing the service agreed to. Then my carers hair was destroyed, she wanted her hair and extensions toned and instead they turned it a bright fashion colour that wasn't anywhere close to what she asked for. I had to wait from 9-5 for them and every time I came back to see if they were done, only once was someone actually working on either of their hair. The woman with green hair was rude and was clearly instructing the stylists wrong. We will never go back and I hope for those that do go through an experience like this that they have the courage to speak up at the time and make sure their point is heard and the issue can be rectified or reimbursed.Services: Blowdry

After searching for a quality stylist for months, I finally found Jade at Oscar Oscar Robina. She is brilliant! I have fine, short hair and struggled to find someone who was experienced and confident enough to cut and style it to a high standard. Past experiences at other salons have left me feeling disappointed, however, after my first visit with Jade I was so pleased! Her precision, knowledge and care for detail is amazing. Highly recommend Jade - she's helped me to love my hair again! The team of colourists are wonderful too - overall great experience every time.
