I gave this place a second chance today after the first time they turned me away despite me showing them my appointment confirmation. Tonight I was told I should have read the “very fine print” about no mascara for 2days. And my lashes wouldn’t last unless I paid an extra $35. If it were important to do so it should be placed in BOLD! But I apologized. Then they were rude, no explanation throughout appointment or asking how my eyes felt. Then at the end was told “I did the best I could with your lashes. Some I didn’t even place on because of your mascara”!  Then why go ahead or charge me $130 and waste my time. Rude service & poor explanation. Maybe help your client kindly make a decision rather then shut them down when they have questions about if the $35 cleanse is necessary. I was also only asked what type of lashes I wanted after my eyes were sealed shut & told she will just play it safe and do what she thinks. Turns out she placed thick solid lashes like I’d asked not to have. Maybe If I was asked prior I could have shown what I wanted. Don’t waste your time and money when there are so many other lovely places to get your lashes done with the cleanse includedService:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

In short: terrible glue. Lashes DONT LAST. I got my lashes done, volume. Abit too thick for me but they thinned out in 7 days, so much so I needed an infill. As I entered the salon, I was told I'd be charged for a FULL SET again! As it was 'my fault' for not washing them enough? I washed them once when I wore makeup and was told not to wash them for 48 hours after being done? Tell me how they all fell out within 7 days when half of them were gone the first 3 days? Whatever. Give them one more go. She did a great job at the shape, however it's now been 9 days! And they look just as bad, I followed what they said to the T and they're all still falling off. Washing them after wearing makeup, I don't wet them otherwise. And she even put 'quick set' on them. They're coming off without my natural lashes, so it's not my lashes falling out. I follow the rules before having them put on, no makeup or oils on my lashes etc. I've had nothing but good experiences with brow threading and tinting but I'll be going somewhere else for both from now on.

25 minutes ago i just go my eyebrow waxed at the bottom and threaded at the top. The girl has taken way to much off at the front of my right eyebrow which I could feel when she done it leaving my eyebrows extremely uneven now. When I said something to the girl younger girl on all I got was an 'aw sorry about that'. And still made me pay full price? Full price for botched eyebrows and bad customer services. I can handle someone messing up as we are all human. But no excuse for terrible customer service. Such a shame I work in Robina and always loved supporting a shop in the centre.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

I recently had my lashes done- looked amazing for 4 days! They were falling out constantly- so much $ for not even a week! I didn’t have any makeup on when they were done, did everything as told and didn’t get a week out of them. Brows were amazing but the lashes on the other hand….

I've been coming to Doll Face Robina store for just over a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences! Ruby D slays the game when it comes to my lashes, and all the girls are lovely.  Also love that there's frequent opportunities to have complimentary services done by trainees.

I’ve had a lash lift here before and it was really good. Though I came in and received the treatment from a different lady and you can’t even tell I had it done. My lashes were not lifted at all. I had nothing on my lashes prior to the appointment. Feels like I wasted $75Service:&nbsp;Lash lift
