Absolutely shocking. Paid $25 for a pedicure and all I got was my toe nails quickly filed. No water, no cleaning. Absolutely nothing. My toes were all unevenly filed as well. Then onto the manicure, it was so badly done I had to go back and ask them to re do it. I had nail polish all over my fingers and it honestly looked like a child had done them for me. The lady who re did them said they had looked bad because I had rough skin from not getting manicures enough? The most ridiculous logic I’d ever heard. I’d spent $50 on something I could have done myself at home. Don’t waste your time.

Firstly the staff are rude and treat the place like a pedicure factory, 'get you in get you out' with no enjoyable experience. I observed them using the same exfoliation sponge on 2 separate people, which is revolting! They clean the basin with 'glass cleaner' how that is meant to disinfect between clients I have no idea! Not to mention my paint job was awful, my 4 yo niece could have done a better job! Once my 'pedicure' was over, the guy just left completely and left me sitting there with foam wedges between my toes, I didn't know if I was meant to be waiting for him to come back or just leave? Then when you go to leave, the rude attendant at the desk says "$35", no 'thank you, have a nice day' I was completely disgusted in this place, pay extra and get a beautiful pedicure at a PROPER salon!!!!!

Disgusting , we went to have a pedicure, they started the water and placed our feet and a Used bandaid came out of the filter into water! It was disgusting . We told the lady she said nothing not even a sorry. It’s gross!

Terrible job my partner took my there for my first pedicure and was very disappointed with the end results. I've done a better with an angle grinder with less time. Plus my partner's 's nails are already flaking & bubbling on separate nails. Rushed job wouldn't think so being charged $125, will be demanding my money back.

Worst nail salon in Gold Coast! May as well walk to the other side of Robina and go somewhere else! Terrible service terrible nails.
