I had Linda do my hair for the first time the other day and she is honestly amazing!!! she is friendly, really listens and is so talented, my hair is the nicest it has even been! Walked in, I asked if they do just haircuts and the woman with platinum curly hair said rudely that no they do shampoo, cut and blowdry. I gave her another chance and asked how much is it and she very rudely asked "for who" as I was with my daughter. I just walked right out. My partner called back "great service" as we left. Wouldn't bother at all I just wanted to pay for a haircut, not get her frustration taken out on me as an added bonus.
Absolutely fantastic service from Carey Ann and Asa today! My hair is in the best condition and the colour was better then I had even expected! These two killed it and they had the most amazing customer service especially having to run it all on their own today 10/10 would definitely recommend!Service: Hair coloring

The most disappointing experience I've had at a hair dressing salon. I attended the Stefan hair salon at Pacific Fair, Gold Coast. Here are my points - The salon does not have clear and adequate direction to its location within the 'maze like' Pacific Fair. I finished up phoning to get any kind of inkling as to which major store the salon was near. I booked in for a styling package as advertised on the Stefan website which was supposed to be set at a particular price - Seamless Lived In Balayage, which I note have gone up in price... I had to sign a 'fee agreement' and was then charged over $350! What for? - the hair wash was as basic as you could get with a mediocre 'massage' that lasted approximately one minute. It was supposed to be a deluxe massage as part of the package. - the hairdresser didn't know what the colour tones of 'chestnut' or 'auburn' were as apparently everyone has their hair done with blonde foils on the Gold Coast. - the foils were supposed to be a 'T' - which didn't fit the styling request and they were so few and far between your couldn't even describe it as a small 't' so lets just say it was an 'i'. - the foils were left in to long, so they turned out white, so a toner had to be used to try and reverse the unwanted Gold Coast bleached babe beach look - either that or you go to the circus. - the 'style' turned out to be an uneven clip here and there around the bottom edge. The fringe and layers were not touched and the shape that was supposed to be cut into the back looked more like a dogs rear-end. In fact most dogs, groomed or not, have a better style. - any colour was well and truly washed out after 2 weeks - and forget asking for permanent colours, they won't do them. - you can try and put things back on track as much as you like, but the 'hairdresser' just pretended not to understand or make out she was doing what I wanted. Then there are the over priced products they try to sell you - $60 for a tube of conditioning 'masque' , and of course the Stefan products - if you want shampoo and conditioner you may as well go to one of those 'bargain' cheap shops and buy it. After all, if your head is going to look like a dogs rear-end what does it matter? Better still go to the pet store and do your hair there next time you take your dog for a wash... certainly won't cost $300+ dollars And to top it off, before you go to any hair salon in QLD, be aware that hairdressers in QLD are not regulated and therefore training and experience is hit and miss - in other words anyone can say or set themselves up as a hairdresser.Service: Hairstyling

Disappointed with the quality of service at Stefan Robina. Not only was I overcharged student discount not applied, but I have not received the refund I was promised, two weeks later. I also did not receive the full service I paid for, and a different more expensive treatment was applied without my knowledge. My haircut was rushed with the hairdresser taking only 3 minutes to actually cut my hair; without even asking what I wanted. She also thinned my hair, which I did not want. Customer service has acted like they were going to resolve this for me, however I have been ignored on multiple occasions.
