Emma at Eva and Frankie, Robina, is an exceptional hair stylist. She was insightful and patient throughout my consultation and understood my needs. Emma looked after me from start to finish allowing me to thoroughly enjoy the experience and feel pampered and cared for. My hair colour is beautifully blended and the cut looks amazing. I highly recommend Emma's services and booked my next appointment before I left. More generally, the salon was clean and tidy, with plenty of magazines and cups of tea on offer! A real treat! Place was very clean, staff was amazing. My daughters first hairdresser appointment and they looked after her very well she didn't cry once. I was very satisfied with my hair also. Highly recommended you visit very happy with the service I received
The best haircut of my entire life!! I’ve always been nervous & reluctant when it comes time for a hair cut as I’ve never been entirely happy with the results, well that all changed today when I walked into Eva & Frankie. Fran did the most INCREDIBLE job with my hair, she listened to my hair concerns & delivered the most amazing results. With the new discovery that my hair is quite curly, she recommended some beginner friendly products & showed me some techniques to style my hair & to keep it looking lovely. Fran if you’re reading this, I can’t thank you enough for today & I will be coming to you every time I need a haircut. All round a very positive experience, other ladies working there were super lovely as well! 10/10 for Eva & Frankie and a 100/10 for Frani
I've been going to the team here for over 5 years now and they have always delivered high quality treatments with outstanding results. They are professional, friendly and efficient. They always make you feel like a valued customer. I love the products and the team are consistent and not constantly changing wich is another reason I love this salon. Perfect results every time.
I love having my hair coloured and styled at Eva and Frankie. The staff are fantastic and always make me feel special. A special shout out to Ursula who performs miracles on my hair, I leave the salon looking a million dollars. Thanks Ursula and thanks to all the staff.Service: Hair coloring

I can compare a trip to the hairdresser as nerve racking as going to the dentist. Emma did a wash, cut and blow dry today and honestly this will be my new place. I have 2 small kids and have not had a cut in over 6 months. Usually i am made to feel awkward and judged but I felt none of that from Emma. She was nothing short of amazing and I am grateful to have found her and this salon.Service: Blowdry
First time I went to Eva & Frankie my hair afterwards was lovely, the second time however, they completely destroyed my hair, not only did it snap off in the salon when the stylist was trying to dry it but it’s been 10 weeks since I last went and had my hair done at Eva & Frankie and my hair is still completely fried and snapping off all over. They booked me in to have my hair re-done 3 weeks ago 7 weeks time from my second appointment however I had to cancel it as my hair is too damaged, I don’t think the stylist should have even booked me in for the 3rd appointment considering how much hair she snapped off while in the salon. I’ve been using K18 and Olaplex on my hair since the appointment and nothing can save the damage they’ve done to it. I waited 10 weeks to write this review as I thought I would wait and see if the condition of my hair would improve however it has only worsened despite using k18 & Olaplex to try and save what I could of my hair. Very upset with the damage they caused to my hair.
Loved the service, hair stylist Lisa really understood my curls and made sure we were on the same page before the haircut. The result was exactly what I had imagined! Both service and ambiance were great - will come back many times.
