O-M-G!!! I could NOT ask for better experience. The whole team had such a good energy. I went in not feeling confident with my hair and left strutting my stuff haha I wasn’t understanding why my colour was always fading, my new hairdresser told everything I can do to help! Didn’t even know you could get coloured conditioners! Can’t wait to go visit the team again, especially the new manager Nicole. Her smile and vibe is contagious and did everything she could to help me. LOVE LOVE LOVE
Younger staff are way more knowledgeable than the older team, down sold me to a more relevant product to my partners hair type and saved me lots of money on a curler. So without even second guessing myself I felt like I was talking to an honest team member who genuinely wanted us to get the best for our money and I purchased the product because she made me comfortable with the choice. I've never used the salon section of this store, but I imagine it's probably more relevant when looking for an apprenticeship and cheap cuts, however again, I have no idea as I've never gone, it's just the vibe I got. Looking forward to picking up my free treatment to give to my partner.
Went to hair house Robina today I had my hair coloured and restyled with the beautiful ladies there. I am so impressed with the service I received in both the salon and in the shop front. As I have had a massive change I was very nervous however the stylist was so thorough explaining step by step the process and show the products that would be best for me. Nicole the store manager went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the products I have purchased and even called the Burleigh heads hairhouse to see if they had a product I was wanting and got them to hold it for me to collect. I must say as a visitor to the area I was so impressed with this store and the friendly staff when visiting the coast again I will definitely return. Thank you I am so happy and excited for my new do!
So i was in at this store today trying to buy my wife a present and there was an absolute crazy lady in there abusing the staff and making a scene. I was appalled by this woman probably in her late 60s and her behavior. Security arrived so i let them deal with the woman. I will say the staff in this store handled the situation very professionally and it was an absolute credit to them in the way it was all handled. I purchased the present i went in for received wonderful service and will definitely be back. Im so sorry these ladies had to deal with this type of abuse and behavior and this woman should be ashamed of herself and her atrocious behaviour
Bought a product I unfortunately had some sort of an allergic reaction to despite staff recommending to me. When I contacted them the manager I spoke with said I needed proof from a doctor before they would consider giving me a refund even with my proof of purchase. I did not need a doctor but I did need a topical steroid cream from the pharmacy to bring the redness down. During my communication with staff at Robina hairhouse the manager was rude, abrupt, would not give me a chance to talk, kept interrupting me and would not give me her first name all but yelling at me. Contacted head office and they said they aren't liable to give me a refund because the 'product was not faulty ' and said they'd pass my feedback onto Robina store manager, despite me getting nowhere with them including manager hence contacting head office. Complete waste of time. Went to rival store at the centre to buy a straightener they were lovely . I know where I'll be shopping now
I am now coming back after 3 years. I had an awful experience with the previous manager Dee. Nicole the new manager is amazing and we had a fabulous experience with stylists Sophie and Steph. I highly recommend this shop now that the negative energy is gone.
I found the GHD I wanted on the Hairhouse website, and went into the Robina store yesterday afternoon. I chose the straightener I wanted and received help from who I assume was the manager, however I noticed the price was different to online - $375 in store compared to $300 online. I showed her the online price, and she told me the best she could do was $316. I realised the website had the option for ‘click and collect’, so I asked if it was possible I do that, to which she told me I could, however she would “just reject the sale for that much” and she couldn’t help me any further. I replied with a no worries and thanks, and that I would do a click and collect for another store or do the free delivery they offer online, and I have just picked up my $300 GHD from the Pacific Fair store this morning with no fuss. If I need to make a purchase from Hairhouse again, I will definitely simply drive the extra 10 minutes to the Pacific Fair store where I felt much more welcomed and valued as a customer.
WOW! Nicole and the team at Hairhouse Robina are incredible. From the phone call booking the appointment to the end result - every moment was outstanding. I was lucky enough to have Steph take care of me to correct my brassy blonde tones. I have been travelling for 2 years and had bore water wash my blonde hair leaving mineral deposits making it brassy. Steph understood exactly what I was after and able to handle my thick, curly hair. I am delighted with both the "natural" neutral blonde I now am rocking an incredible Wolf cut to showcase my curls. Thanks Ladies, I will definitely be back when next in town - for both the Hair Care Services and Product range.
staff are very welcoming and friendly , i walked out of the store with knowledge about my hair i would of never thought about , they know how to have a good conversation and make me walk out with a smile on my face i will definitely be returning :
Hands down the best salon ive been to for a haircut. Very knowledgable with products ill defiently be a regular here
