What a lovely little place for kids to get their haircut. The lady who cut my daughters hair was friendly and easy going. She engaged with my daughter which I thought helped relax the experience. My daughter loved the novelty of the cars chairs and the special glitter she got in her hair The only thing I could have wanted with this place is if it was bigger space wise, the amount of customers coming in kinda cramped up the place a little, which created extra "buzz", and for kids who are getting their hair cut for the first time, I find that a bit overwhelming for them.
My two boys love getting their haircut here! It is such a special place for us as they never go anywhere else for a haircut and where they had their first ever haircut! We used to cut their hair ourselves during the pandemic and was anxious to bring them to an actual hairdresser before as they yell and scream when cutting their hair. I was surprised that they were so relaxed during their first time here. Nicole was so understanding and has a special way with kids that my boys felt at ease with her. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love their service each time we visit! They also love the lollipop in the end :Service: Kids' cuts
I cannot recommend nor thank ziggity snips more prior to our visit we had seen 3 hair dressers all who could not get my 3yo in the chair we were welcomed by Erin who was so clam and friendly who succeeded my son did cry throughout the haircut due to his fears and sensory issues however Erin encouraged reassured and spoke so calmly. We are so impressed as his hair cut turned out perfectly without any form of cooperation from him. Thank you so much for your service and your patience we cannot wait to continue our visits to help over come his fear we are so glad to have found this wonderful kids salon thank you
Great experience. The staff are so lovely and patient with the kids. They really take thier time and did a great job with my sons haircut. I highly recommend them.
Although my little man was entirely not a fan of his first ever haircut at 23 months, his experience there was amazing! Gentle, caring and careful. Will not take him anywhere else!
Omg these people are ANGELS! Friendly, accommodating, effective, cheerful...I could go on and on. Unfortunately we were there for nit treatment - several home attempts had reduced but not eradicated the little buggers, so went to see the team at Ziggetty to get it sorted. They were absolutely smashed with bookings due to the recent lockdown being finally lifted but called us back as promised and managed to squeeze us in. For starters, I cannot say how much I appreciate that in terms of customer service as there is nothing more frustrating than waiting on a callback that never comes! More impressive than the way they kindly and without judgement managed our situation, was the way they managed all their little clients. I was fortunate enough to observe their seamless rotation between nit treatment, baby piercings and haircuts. I watched in awe as they cut babies hair while they slept or were perched on or crawling over parents...it was incredible. Props to this amazing team - can't rate them or thank them highly enough!
My toddler has suspected sensory issues and absolutely hates having his haircut. It's very stressful for everyone involved . We visited on the weekend and I was blown away with how well his haircut went. The staff are absolutely beautiful. They are calm,caring,gentle,patient and incredibly nice. I am so glad I found this place. Highly recommend
My son absolutely loves coming to get his hair cut here and he never wants to leave. He sits in the car and has a lollipop while getting his hair cut. You guys are wonderful. Thank you so much.
Amazing service the girls are so nice and the kids just love it. The hair cuts always turn out good.
