ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I went to the one at robina town centre near big W. The lady who did my brows and lashes completely thinned my brows out when they were a nice thick shape. She also made them really dark when I asked for a light brown. Then she didn’t rinse my eyes out at all just expected afew wipes with cotton wool would be enough and they were stinging so much I had to ask to wash them out myself at the basin. I tried to tell her I wasn’t happy and she didn’t care. Duty of care was so bad, never have I been treated this way at a salon. This place should not be operating! I called there support help line and the lady was just as bad with her customer service. She talked over me and would not let me speak to a manager. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING BASED ON ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS Save your money and save yourself from going!!Service: Eyebrow threading

Absolutely terrible, went to get my eyebrows threaded, they were amazing and took their time the first time I went so I went back today. Rude staff forced me down on chair and went so quick it hurt so much I could barely take it. Also they missed a patch of hair and didn’t even clean my eyebrows of the hair and didn’t give me cream for the burning. Never going again.Service: Eyebrow threading
My eyebrows are two different shapes after specifically asking no thinning just to get the random hairs removed one side has been completely thinned out and the other one is way thicker. Have been going here for 6 years, never again Service: Eyebrow threading
I feel terrible leaving this review as the woman who did my appointment for a Brazilian wax was lovely and friendly unfortunately the treatment wasn’t done to high service but I really think it’s down to lack of training. There was lots of red flags for me like the use fragrant products such as baby wipes and talc on such a sensitive area, the wax being too hot, the patch work job a large area was missed and this was due to the wrong ‘positioning’ if you get what I mean and the amount of ingrown hairs that followed was a terrible mess. Perhaps intimate waxing isn’t a common occurrence in this location and the staff are a bit inexperienced but I am sure with a little bit more training you’d do a brilliant job. Just a shame I paid full price but left feeling dissatisfied. Asides from that the beautician was professional and the premises were clean .
I called at 3:40 today Sunday asking what time they close and the lady said 4:00. I only live 5 mins away so I got there at 3:51 and the doors are wide open and I approach the counter. I said can I quickly get my eyebrows threaded … the lady said she’s cashed up for the day and they aren’t doing anymore services. I said I called before and your open till 4. She just continued to say no. I think this is terrible customer service. The procedure only would take 3 minutes. And I continued to talk to her I said she should close the shop if they aren’t taking anymore clients for the days and she just smirked at me. Ridiculous
This is usually my go to place as they always do a great job, have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. Unfortunately my last visit I got my eyebrows threaded & didn’t realise until I had gotten home that one of my eyebrows had a massive chunk taken out of the arch. I now have one perfect eyebrow & the other looks like I have put a slit through it. Very upsetting & disappointed, my eyebrows are now ruined. The lady was extremely rushed & did not seem to care at all seemed she just want to get it over & done with, hence why I’m left with horrible eyebrows.Service: Eyebrow threading

I went for the first time and from the first moment I liked the place. Very clean and organized. The lady who made my eyebrows I don't know her name was very polite and helpful with me. She made my eyebrows quick and it was perfect. Thank you. I also did waxing with Sejal and the experience was amazing. Sejal is very professional and took great care of me. Level Up! She explaining everything to me and very patient. Both of them are lovely person. I highly recommend this shop and I'll be back for sure.
