My family and in-laws are stuck overseas with cancelled flights and nowhere to go.. I have tried calling them at orient travel and there is no one answering the phones. We had family members go to the physical location in lakemba and were told that they will take care of it and yet still nothing has happened two days later. I wish nobody would ever in their life use this company they are absolutely horrible
Unresponsive and do not answer calls despite booking with them. Call them now and try yourself with the audio recorded message saying we cannot attend to the phone right now. I have been calling for days and this is not up to standard for a travel agency.

At first glance I was disappointed with the service but decided to give it another go, they are severely understaffed but the staff that was there were helpful and accommodating
The staff were great and really helped create an outstanding package for my honeymoon. I must say the service and ideas are remarkable and would highly recommend speaking to the team before booking your next holiday. Can't wait for the Honeymoon!
I book all my flight from Orient Travel. reasonable price I always deal with Mr Khaled. however, all the stuff there are good and friendly. good luck guys. wish you more and more success
This agency only offers good service when the owner Mohammed himself is dealing with your flight. I had a case where I changed a booking return date for a flight while still in Sydney, then when the return date came, I was told at the airport that no seat was actually booked for me. My father also had an incident where he missed his flight in Dubai and was left at the airport for nearly 24 hours to sort things out on his own. Again, you only receive a good service when dealing with mohammed.
This travel centre has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I paid for a ticket to travel overseas in 2016 and could not go due to health reasons which was brought to orient travels attention. I rescheduled my ticket to travel in 2017 and had an itinerary sent to me. I noticed something not right and I called orient only to be told my ticket had expired due to not paying a booking fee which I was told would be waved because it was due to health reasons. I have been waiting for over a week for a conclusion and no response apparently a running business has had no phones for a week. I spoke to them on the phone yesterday and was promised a call in the morning after the consultant said they would have a chat with there manager and get back to me before 10am and yet again there was no call back. I called again today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes without an answer so I hung up and called back and apparently they are to busy with customers to talk on the phone. What kind of a business are you running? I want a phone call from the manager asap to have this dilemma resolved.
horrible service, my mum's tourist visa got refused because of their neglect. all what they asking for is $$$$$$ not visa supporting documents. my mother got all the documents required from the immigration but they simply said no need for all that its a simple and easy application. avoid using orient travel
