Peterpans Adventure Travel

Booked an AMAZING trip from Sydney to Cairns, including 6weeks Camper Hire, Surf camp, Frazer Island, Whitsundays, Diving on the Barrier Reef to only name a few things. What an unforgettable time we had on possible the ultimate road trip! Booking through this Peterpans was simple and easy. Natalie, the agent who created this insane trip, was lovely and extremely helpful, she had done the route before so spoke with experience about what we were booking. If you are looking for a trust worth and professional place to book, this is your place!

EVA IS THE BEST!!! She booked my mega trip through Australia to Uluru, Great Barrier Reef, and all of New Zealand and hooked me up with amazing deals and activities! she made the whole travel process so easy and exciting, which is exactly what to look for with a travel agent. Loved my whole experience here and you should definitely book with her :)

Highly recommend to book with Peterpans in George st. The staff members are really professional and they could realize all the points on my bucket list. Thanks a lot Willi for planning this great trip around Australia for me. Cheap Prices and great trips... I definitely will book my next trip with you again.

Peterpans on George Street were by far the most helpful travel agency I went, not to mention it was also the cheapest one. The girl that helped me out was super friendly and really gave me the choice. For ONCE I didn't feel pressured at all, that's why I decided to go with them and for the price :). All hostels she booked me in were super clean and the tours were awesome!!!! DEFO recommend . PS: Fraser was sick!!!! ;)

Most annoying travel agency ever! They really try to rip you off at any opportunity. Even if the student discounts seem to be interesting, Peterpans only offers you tours and accommodations of companies they work together with and do not mention any alternatives. Therefore their consultation has no value. They will sometimes even lie to you and say that a certain type of tour is generally not available if the requested tour is only offered by companies they do not work together with. They are only interested in their profit and selling the offer that best meets one’s needs has no priority. Also the way they try to sell their products is very unprofessional. When I went to Peterpans George Street to book two specific day-trips from Cairns, my agent tried to sell me stuff for the whole east coast for one hour before starting the booking of my trips even if I told him that I was not interested at all. Also sometimes another stuff member will “by accident” come from their backoffice, have a look at the computer screen of your travel agent and state that the respective offer is the best they have ever seen in their entire life, which also happened to friends of mine. Sorry guys, but I am not an idiot and you are not the only travel agency around Sydney Central. All in all I strongly recommend not booking with Peterpans.
