I went to Happy Travels in December to book my Australian East Coast and New Zealand Adventure. Noel sat with me even after hours and explained all the different options of different tours and things I could do and helped me decide which ones are the right pick for me. Since he did the whole East Coast on his own, he knew a lot what to see and what would be the fitting Trips for me! For New Zealand I had Joe helping me decide on a bus pass and some activities. Since he is from New Zealand he knows the country very well and also helped me set up a schedule on how many days I can spend where. 
The whole Team and especially Noel and Joe were really helpful and my trip through Australia and New Zealand was absolutely amazing.
Even during the trip, they replied and helped quickly, when I had questions!

Great staff, really helpful and a great atmosphere! Lauren helped us plan or east coast trip and was brilliant! We sat and went through all the available options in detail and Lauren was very patient no matter how long we took to make decisions! I'd definitely recommend happy travels!

We came into Happy Travels to book the East coast tour and had Noel as our agent to help us book. Not only did he book us the dream tour but also helped us book Fiji which was also on our list to do. He stayed late after his shift finished on two different occasions. He answered all of our questions and altered our tour to how we wanted it. We came in the second time to change some things around and he was extremely understanding. The other staff in Happy Travels were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Happy Travels to anyone that was looking to book any tours or activities or just wanted some general information as all the staff are happy to help and all have their own experiences to share with you!

Happy Travels is amazing! I went there with, what seemed to be, an impossible itinerary to plan. Noel helped me out and did a fantastic job putting together a trip that included all the top things I wanted to do. I was really in a time crunch when I visited Happy Travels and had to get my trip planned ASAP and Noel was extremely helpful and accommodating. He even stayed 3 hours extra one day to make sure we could get everything taken care of. He is very knowledgeable on every tour and also gave me some personal advice when it came to choosing specific tours. Great company and great people, I would definitely recommend!

Lauren from happy travels went above and beyond for myself and 2 friends. She even stayed after she was done her shift to help us!She helped us plan and book 3 weeks up the east coast. She found us some great deals and gave us a lot of good feedback on where to stay and for how many days etc. If you’re looking for someone who knows Australia and the places to go head to see Lauren!
