The Travel Authority Group consists of 4 main businesses- The Travel Authority, The Events Authority, The Resource Travel Authority and The Holiday & Cruise Authority. My partner and I have been using the Travel Authority for the last couple of years and we would like to say how professional and very well informed they are. They booked us on our latest trip to South America and helped us have our tickets reissued in time to get the next plane as the airport staff was on strike on that specific date. Without the help from the Travel Authority, we would have lost our connection flight.

I recommend not using TTA at Terrigal NSW. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Claire, and it is an experience I'd rather soon forget. You can honestly get better customer service anywhere else! Some people should not work in customer service.

I would give TTA 10 stars if it was possible, they have assisted us on so many occasions booking travel and saved us so much on our holidays. A big shout out to the whole team and keep doing your amazing and professional service.
