We're located on Level two of Broadway Shopping Centre right next to Hoyts Cinema. The Shopping centre is located on the corner of Broadway and Bay Street. If you're driving, the shopping centre has lots of free parking for up to 2 hours. We're about a ten minute walk, or two minute bus, from Central Station, close to the villages of Glebe and Chippendale and right next to Sydney University.

Seriously, the staff here are professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've booked with this location more than a few times and they've always been consistent. The office is comfortable, festive and conveniently located. I recommend anyone wishing to book their next trip with STA Travel.
I'm Italian and I was in New York City on vacation. I had to book a quick flight and a couple of nights in a hotel in Pittsburgh. I spoke with Nathalie, and besides her kindness and professionalism, she found a cheap solution for my needs. The hotel I stayed in Pittsburgh was great and she assisted me once I was there, too! I highly recommend this travel agency!
We visited STA at Bluewater, UK, and Jess was friendly, helpful and helped us book a short break to NYC next year for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. :0x lovely team, everyone warm and approachable and the hotel, flights and insurance all arranged. Thanks Jess at Bluewater branch. Pip and Tony. X
Great experience with Sam at STA, providing advice on eurail travel options and the ability to print the pass on the spot. Highly recommended.
The worse service ever, don't use them. My daughter was stranded at the airport and no one helped me or return my calls. Please dont ever use them.
The blizzard hit the east coast and I was dealing with a very frustrating airport experience and Radu was there to help! Very professional and pleasant experience with Radu.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff provided me with some awesome travel advice. Highly recommend the guys.
