STA Travel is an excellent resource not just for students and education staff but, for anyone looking to book the vacation they've always dreamed of. Seriously, the staff here are professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I've booked with this location more than a few times and they've always been consistent. The office is comfortable, festive and conveniently located. I recommend anyone wishing to book their next trip with STA Travel.

I'm Italian and I was in New York City on vacation. I had to book a quick flight and a couple of nights in a hotel in Pittsburgh. I spoke with Nathalie, and besides her kindness and professionalism, she found a cheap solution for my needs. The hotel I stayed in Pittsburgh was great and she assisted me once I was there, too! I highly recommend this travel agency!

The worse service ever, don't use them. My daughter was stranded at the airport and no one helped me or return my calls. Please dont ever use them.
