very bad customer service, absolute unprofessional.not recommended to any one...actually they don't know what is customer service?

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced.The ladymay be Fijian or Bangladeshi background does not know how to behave with human being.Today I went to send money , after receiving my money she refused to give a receipt or any sort of proof.She said after one hour you will receive an email and that is your receipt.When I insisted for the receipt she was very rude.I absolutely recommend not to deal with them.

Best customer services ever I had, Coz new management, those were disappointed can try again!
