My experience has been entirely positive. Helpful, knowledgeable and good prices. Over the years I've bought seven bikes from them, four within the last eighteen months. All have been good. On the rare occasion there has been a problem it's been fixed quickly without fuss. I highly recommend them.

I don't know what 'creative engineer' is talking about ? He must have the wrong shop ??!! 
A vast improvement on a few years ago. The one person shop Manager come mechanic (he works alone) has a wealth of experience and a very friendly manner. New Manager has made many improvements to both the shop and the quality of stock  I will shop here any day and will spread the good news.

Great customer service, got the wrong size tube and happily swapped out for the right one. Certainly be going back!

A good range of bikes; adults, kids, hybrid, road etc. Great bike knowledge also.

Worst customers service! I went into the store to get a pouch for my bike radio and the owner told me off by yelling that his worker answering my questions is costing him money. He intimidated and embarrassed me and his worker. The bloke should do a course in basic customer service and manners. Despite the shop being close to home, I never walked in there again. I have told family members and others to stay away. The shop has been blacklisted.
