Worst customer service. I think i was served by the owner named brian. Just a miserable and rude person. It's called the hospitality industry for a reason. At least show some manners to those that frequent your business or don't serve customers. Despite that rudeness of the miserable owner, the food was ok. The shop itself is quite nice and clean and the fresh fish display looks fantastic. Cheer up grumpy bum, a smile and a thank you wont hurt you. Thanks for the response. The person who served me was Brian, im sure as i heard the older gentlemen call him by his name. I dont think i need to go into describing him and this is not a fake review. And its not a bad review also, just one that is calling out the owner for being rude. As i said the food was ok and the shop looks great. Keep up the good work, just make sure Brian is not so miserable and rude to customers. Nothing worse then being treated rudely by people in the hospitality industry.

For me personally, I have always found the quality to be of a high standard, The shop is very clean, which really impresses me. I detest smelly Fish & Chip outlets and I simply won't frequent. Love the new look!

Went here for the first time today. It's the fish and chip shop we have been waiting for in Ringwood. Fresh seafood, CLEAN beautiful shop. It's fantastic. Potato cakes cooked properly everything is delicious. Will be heading here from now on! Well done to the new owners!!!!

Love the new decor. Would be 5 stars but last time we ordered they forgot the scallop in both of our boxes and the chips were kinda burnt! Usually pretty good though.

NOT CHINESE! 4 Stars! In a day and age where the Chinese are infesting every single area, business and property market they can, it is refreshing to see a business owner who isn't Chinese, food is also great, they seem customer service aware, in market that speaking up to 3 words of English is as high as the bar is set, I will gladly support this business. If like myself you care about the future of your children, and your community, do not support business that do not care to learn the native tongue of their host country, unless you wish to drive down wages and destroy the economy.
