The food for a Maccas was okay - the Big Mac taste like it was slapped together without any love. The double quarter pounder was absolutely soaked with oil, although still yummy and quench my thirst. The chips were actually hot! And the nuggets were average and warm.nnThe service was pretty fast and friendly and efficient.nnWe ate food from the car so we didn’t really experience the atmosphere.
Not recommended to buy from this branch. Multiple experiences of receiving burgers with either poor portions of fillings, incorrect order or the fillings were simply all over the place. Most recent experience was ordered a classic Angus beef burger, not getting one. The burger only had 2 slices of cheese and beef pattie, incorrect bread. Neither cheese slices nor beef were arrange aligned to the burger. Cheese slices stuck to both ends of the carton. The French fries were also not freshly fried and over-cooked.nn7 months later...nStill no change. No one from this branch can prepare a burger where the fillings pack nicely inside the damn bread.
The second slowest Maccas that I ever had in my life. Last time was waiting for more than 20min for my order with wrong items. This time have 15 people standing at front desk and waiting for their order before me.nnWhat’s wrong Maccas the ‘ fast food ‘ these days? I can even have my food ready in a fine dinning restaurant.nnShame Maccas.
I rarely complain but I can’t help this time because it’s not the first time this store missed item in our order, coffee was made so bland, omg , I can even taste it even I am not fussy about coffee at all.nThe staffs need training- to not miss orders to make sure food are assembled as it should be.nThe store at nunawading did way better with more crowds and I am simply amazed by the difference !
This is now the second time I’ve ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe from this store.nnThe first time, I got a Quarter Pounder Deluxe instead. I noticed it only after I got home, and I couldn’t be bothered driving all the way back, so I just let it go.nnToday, it happened again. This time, I got home and realised there wasn’t even a burger in the bag. I drove back to the store, collected the missing burger, got home again… and it still wasn’t a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe.nnAt this point, I’m starting to think it’s impossible to order a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe from this McDonald’s and actually receive one. Please pay more attention to customers’ orders before handing them out.
