Thumbs up all around... Staff who served my meal, cheery, amazing youthful people! Chips were slightly cool, but I don't mind, they were not stale. I ate my McChicken first, which was excellent. So, those chips cooled down quickly on this freezing Melbourne morning! Chai latté is so beautiful, am drinking it right now on 22 April, 2025! Amenities very well kept and hygienic and there was a very kind cleaner doing the cleaning, good to see. Parking lot is well maintained. Love the architecture of this establishment, makes good use of natural light and plant life. Thank you, Ringwood staffers! Your efforts are greatly appreciated! PS disappointed not to see the local authorities here, they hardly ever turn up when I'm around. :'
Every time we order a delivery through Uber the quality of the food is terrible and I a not a one off..nI have ordered breakfast and always state no Egg as I have an allergy… lo and behold they put egg in it. The incompetence is astounding, not hard to follow simple instructions. Very frustrating.nIf the employees of Mac Donald’s had the money coming out of their pockets they may think twice and pay more attention to their work. Further more, allergies are not something to take lightly. Shame on you managers who can’t train staff and get them to take pride in what they do.
Had high hopes, as the server seemed to have everything sorted, but as is usual these days, order was missing an item, and my daughter got 3/4 of a burger. So, business as usual at Maccas.
Nice clean and modern McDonald's. Not the largest store but not the smallest. Customer service is good while food is good. The Big Mac was made well stacked properly, Fries are tasty but not filled to the brim. That's the reason why this place is four stars, not five.
The service is always lacking, slow and disinterested in the customers, often they are out of items and. It’s always a long wait. The quality of food is average not because it’s “fast food” but often errors and lack of care. Cold nuggets, burgers put together with half ingredients offside of the burger, mistakes with orders especially when going through drive through that I don’t go there now for drive through,nnI avoid this store and go to croydon where possible but as it is the closest to our karate dojo it is often the go to for the kids “treat dinner” between grading practice or they want to go together and play after class.nnThe last time we went they had a person pass away in store and made no effort to block the area or shut down the store. I didn’t need our children exposed to that.nnThe bathrooms are also lacking in cleanliness and the whole store feels very below average and unclean even with the recent playground upgrade. There just feels a complete lack of care and that is reflected in the staff attitude. I’m not saying this is all staff only my experience when we have home.nnI will amend my rating if there are any improvements or changes and take photos on the next visit which is inevitable. That’s the problem. Any other restaurant or venue with these issues you never go back but as it’s Mcdonalds and the kids will go on mass from karate we will end up there again.
