This McDonald’a has the best play area for the kids but unfortunately when I came on Sunday the 23rd of June around 330pm I was so disappointed in the state of inside the restaurant. Dirty tables everywhere, including the party room and I’m guessing people have sat in there due to the tables outside of it being dirty. Breakfast meals still on the tables. Bins overflowing. Floors dirty.nI saw two other customers come in and walk around and take photos and videos so I’m guessing they are complaining or uploading them to somewhere.nI did talk to the young girl at the counter when I ordered my food complaining about how dirty it was in there and she said sorry she would get someone to come clean the table, but no one came so we sat somewhere else. If you are the manager on this shift, I think you need to be more involved with what happens outside the serving area as I’m picking if head office came down this would not be acceptable at all.
We waited for over 40 minutes to get our order, and everyone in the restaurant was frustrated. It was ridiculous, one order took 40 minutes? And the food I got wasn't even hot! Also they didn't remove my beef patty, I really don't know what they were doing for those 40 minutes. The staff just chucked my drinks on the table, my coffee splashed. Don't mean to complain that much but this store sucks! Needs new management. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
Bought a large frozen yesterday but end up realized just 1/4 of the cup was filled. Tried to get help but no one at the front counter. Waited for 5 mins then I gave up.nMachine always no invoice paper and always don’t get the order number .nnGood thing is the playground for kid is quite good.
Nice and modern-looking, but you'll be lucky to get your fast food served to you fast - which means it's not exactly good food by fast food standards once you get it! 20 mins to receive 4 meals today was particularly bad for this place given it was after lunch rush for a Saturday was the final strawnnOther issues with this store over time to note:n- Staff appearing to be completely unfazed at their slow speed, in addition to being unable to correctly add minor customisation options when ordering over the counter or drive-through yet usually competent when it's done via a kiosk; andn- Printer errors on said kiosks meaning it's a dice roll as to whether you'll see your order number on the screen
Newer store so had lots of varied seating arrangements. The counter was a bit different and quite spacious. Tables were not exactly clean. Toilets could use a tidy up and ensure stalls are stocked up with toilet paper. We'd come back here for a quick snack.
