Matt was extremely rude, honestly, one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. The printing machine was down, and instead of offering any help or understanding, he gave me attitude and acted like I was a nuisance for even asking for assistance. I spend a lot of money printing at Officeworks, and it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like that. This is the third time I’ve gone in and he’s been rude. Management really needs to address his behavior because it makes the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant.
I had a great experience at Officeworks Aspley thanks to Marcy. She was extremely helpful, informative, and genuinely took the time to listen and ask questions to make sure I was choosing the right computer for my father’s needs. It’s rare to come across someone who provides that level of care and attention. Excellent service — thank you, Marcy!
I had a terrible experience talking to the store manager, Mervin Harrison it's the name he provided. Wouldn't be surprised if it was made up. I ordered an item online for click-and-collect. The website indicated that the product was in stock, the transaction went through, and I was informed that it would be ready for collection in two hours, as is usual. However, I then received a notification stating that they couldn't find the product in the store and that it would be available on Tuesday. I need the item by tomorrow, Monday.nnTo make a long story short, while I understand that things can happen, the manager sounded very irritated. He showed no willingness to assist and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I've been shopping at this store for eight years, but this experience has made me realise why they have such a low rating.
Please check your staff and their attitudes. Had absolutely appalling customer service earlier today by a young woman behind the counter for printing services. Asked to have something printed on specific paper and she rolled her eyes and threw the sample booklet at me across the counter. When I didn’t realise what she was doing she pushed it with force in front of me in a passive aggressive manner, whilst proceeding to complete the task like it came out of her paycheck. Didn’t speak a word to me; even when it was time to pay. No communication of anything. Threw my printed document at me when finished, such rude and demeaning behaviour.
What a rude individual Heather is, you have a returns policy, so don’t be rude to your customers. If you’re frustrated move on or get help, I’ve no interest in taking on your projected negativity. Merry Christmas.
