Unfriendly staff that make you feel like a criminal!nnEdit to add - They also discriminate at Officeworks, and refuse service because of it. Disgusting behaviour.nnI had a small shopping cart with me as I'd just been to the nearby shops and didn't have time to go home and then to Officeworks. A staff member proceeded to tell me that trolley like items are not allowed in the store after I had entered and been within the store for at least 5 minutes. I asked him to show me where this is written at the front door, and he admitted it is not. He tried to tell me someone is always at the front door and should inform incoming customers. I advised that no one was there so I entered on the grounds of my trolley was allowed with me.nnI stood in one spot and selected some Bluetooth headphones. I then proceeded to pay for these, and another staff member insisted on going through every single bag and item in my trolley, despite knowing I'd been there for a matter of 5 minutes to select headphones. I understand bag checking, but I felt like the way it was done was because I'd made it clear I was unhappy by the previous staff member hassling me, and they just assumed I was going to steal from the moment I walked in the store.
Excellent customer service by Ms Sheena at the printing section. Was patient and very supportive to keep my birthday surprise prints secretive and a surprise from my partner that was shopping at the same time . Love the service. Definitely will be going there for all printing needs .
I needed to buy a new modem for my home - having decided upon the appropriate device I went online and placed my order for collection. Upon realising the store would be closing at 9pm and that my order time was at 715pm I called and spoke with Candace who, after asking my name, assured me that if I came into the store with my order details that she would ensure my order was available for me.nnI arrived approximately 20 minutes later and was served by Kayla on the front collections counter who paged Mel to progress my order.nnAbsolutely amazing customer support in the form of friendly, professional and efficient service - such a bonus for Officeworks Aspley to have these three incredible women in their employ .. each lady a fantastic brand ambassador who should be acknowledged and rewarded!

I really appreciate Yvonne’s help to price match the usb I purchased. I feel very sorry that I didn’t check it before I paid, had to do a return to be able to do a price match but Yvonne and other staff are so helpful and their smiles make me feel better as I feel bad for the inconvenience I brought to them.
