O'Brien® AutoGlass Penrith

Professional with great communication. My Subaru uses the "Eyesight" collision avoidance system, and after the windscreen was replaced the cameras needed to be recalibrated. This was all done in-house by their technicians, and the system appears to be working as good as new. Very tidy job overall, thank you!

OmG. So fast. The technician called to let me know when he would arrive & the job was done without fuss or fanfare. Total windscreen replacement done in no time at all with no mess or complications. Highly recommend O'Brien's Glass.

Jeep booked in for replacement windscreen under insurance claim .They ran to advise that the screen had been replaced but they could not reset the sensors . They advised that the car was good to drive but " DON'T " rely on the sensors . They are unable to reset the sensors . They then advised that they had booked the car in with Jeep to reset the sensors but it will take a month to get in . Not very professional . Would not go back to them .Service: Auto windshield replacement

We had our front windscreen changed. We experienced friendly fast, efficient service. Highly recommended

Very disappointed after replacing the glass that guys did scratch while the changing the glass. If I asked them they said they didn’t do that. Even they changed my wipers with new one and don’t provide me the tax invoice. When I asked them for invoice they said they are not provided the bill just Give me only bank slip that is only the amount or transaction receipt. Very disappointing first experience and last. Never recommend to anyone to go there.

Sat on Hold for 15 minutes when I finally got through was told that they aren't taking any bookings or doing any quotes and to call back in a month or 2.

I had a chip on my window which they fixed straight away. You can hardly see where they repaired it. I'm very pleased with the service.
