Nrma has the worst service i have experience of all insurance companies. They love you to pay top dollar for years without a claim but when something happend. They do eveything in their power to find a way out of there service. I will never use their service again.

Friendly staff who were very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle.
I didn't have to wait long at all at drop off or pick up (no fuss).
Very happy with the service.
