Was in about 4 weeks ago to buy shoes, the young girl didn’t seem all that happy to be helping me try on shoes. One of the pair of shoes I bought broke only after wearing them twice, $60 down the drain. Thought they’d be better quality paying that much for a pair of shoes I could get elsewhere for cheaper. Won’t be going there again for any shoes.
Whoever was working at this store at 1.45 on 31July is not doing Novo any favours. The person didn’t even acknowledge me. Not even a hello. Came over near me to fix a shoe but still no hello and then went to go lean on the counter. Watched me try on about 5 pairs before leaving because I couldn’t get any help. I went to purchase a pair of heels from Myer instead.
I'll never shop here again! I returned my boots that had been worn less than a few times as the material had started to tear at the join between the sole and upper. The staff member in store commented that they appeared faulty but that I would need to do the return through the online store. When I contacted the online store I was turned away, no questions asked and told they would not help me. I contacted the store after finding out the staff member had lied and advised the online store that she did not say my shoes were faulty!! Needless to say that woman never returned my call. Absolutely disgusting service and after years of being a loyal customer, I will never be back and will be sharing my experience with everybody I know.
Shoes are rubbish! They broke after wearing them 4 times. This is the second pair of shoes from here that has done this. Store refuses a refund or exchange. Totally breaches Australian consumer laws.
Tina was extremely helpful and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Such a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back
I found the staff very rude and to busy talking to each other and it seemed like when i ask them for a shoe in my size it was to hard for them to go out the back and get it. If i wasn't getting shoes for a wedding i would of walked out.
I walked out after 10 minutes because I was not even approached or acknowledged. I was going to make a purchase but when the staff lady decided to just go back to the front counter after attending everyone else but me I thought forget it.
Stay away... This shop sells products that are not fit for purpose and breaks Australian consumer laws policy on refunds and returns.
Great varity and very affordable. Staff are always friendly
