I think the staff here are friendly. But most Wednesday mornings when I come here to purchase a drink, the be back in 2 mins sign is up on the sliding door and I have to wait about 10 mins or sometimes more for the clerk to arrive. This is no encore, he is not even in a band - so why do I always have to wait?
