Do not go to this 7-Eleven.nI purchased a loaf of bread on 20/04/25, only to find the next day that it had already expired on 19/04/25. When I returned to the store to exchange it, the staff member refused to replace it and insisted that I buy another one instead. This is completely unacceptable — selling expired food and refusing a simple exchange shows a lack of basic customer service and food safety. Very disappointing experience.
I have been to this place about three times. The male cashier always has a mean look look on his face, followed by a rude attitude. His meaness tells me that he has been through a lot in life, because he takes his poor attitude onto customers first hand experience on my part, which I don't stand for or tolerate. People treat you the way they operate in their own internal processing and sometimes the way they actually feel about themselves, so I know it's not personal. I am also not sure if he is slow in the head because he always has this puzzled look on his face, or if he is just ignorant, racist, prejudice, or all of the above. He needs to work on his attitude and customer service, or at least reflect on himself. Terrible customer service overall.
Ordered a charger through DoorDash only to have this place cancel now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund. And the damn phone number is disconnected
The place is so dirty inside and out im sure the staff can do better ?
