I used the car wash for the first time in 5 years.nI'm hardly a loyal customer.nThe yard is so overgrown with grass that hasn't been mown in months.nIt's an eye sore seen when driving past.nThere was an overgrown bush in the approach to the car wash that needed pruning as was so overhanging had to swerve to the side. So unexpected in an approach to a car wash.nHowever it's the unkempt look of long grass on the footpath and inside the property that is surely in breach of the franchisee agreement.
All lights on, including petrol price and guy inside. Even maps says its open. But paper sign says closed?nnEdit: I see your response, To clarify, this was NOT a night pay window, I would have been happy to use that. The guy who was on shift in store came out and just pointed to the paper sign, and walked away. Wouldnt even talk to me.
Had a terrible experience they accused me of stealing fuel and had police called and they contacted my boss as I was in a company car that I don’t even pay for fuel in so why would I even steal. And I almost lost my job thanks to your inexperienced workers I have a family that relies on me to work and I almost lost it all. Next time before making false accusations check the footage before almost destroying someone’s life.
The employee always disappears and leaves notes be back in 5 mins, doesnt return till 1 hour. Why display 24hours when its not? And no i saw one excuse about closed door during such and such, this 7/11 doesnt have a after hours safety window.
This 711 is not maintained grass is ridiculously long they should close this place down they don’t care about how they look employees are rude and don’t do anything god knows how they’re still there if I was there boss I’d be very disappointed and they’d all be fired
