All lights on, including petrol price and guy inside. Even maps says its open. But paper sign says closed?nnEdit: I see your response, To clarify, this was NOT a night pay window, I would have been happy to use that. The guy who was on shift in store came out and just pointed to the paper sign, and walked away. Wouldnt even talk to me.
Always great service from lovely friendly staff. They always go out of their way to help customers.
Charged me an extra $20 in fuel that I never put in my car. Refused to refund me. Raised it with their complaints team online, got told to return to the station to get my refund. Refused a refund again. Get given a gift voucher for $20. That's not enough recompense for the amount of time and energy I've wasted to get my money back, and in rubbish gift card form. Why would I ever refuel again with these dodgy clowns? Never again.
Supposed to be open 24hrs as advertised but always closed with a sign on the door overnight, have pulled up to fuel car multiple times and have been shoo'd away from worker saying they are closed multiple times, accepting doordash orders just to wait an hour for it to be cancelled when the dasher tries to pick up confirmed orders.
I walk pass this place daily and it ALWAYS filthy, rubbish scattered all around the grounds and bins, left there for weeks until it gets blown away. The staff are extremely rude, if you attempt friendly conversation, like hello, how are you, they will not respond or even smile. You're all well aware of how expensive it is. I highly suggest going to the servo across the road instead, it's clean and friendly.
