I am absolutely wordless after this mornings experience.nnFirstly last night I came to put diesel into my vehicle the servo was completely out of diesel and I had to go I ran out of diesel on the way to find another servo so $150 tow home.nThis I could understand as we have just had a cyclone.nnIt’s 3:30am and I have come to put fuel into my other vehicle my phone was dead and wouldn’t turn on so I approached the lady at the front and explained that I am a business owner and my phone won’t turn on so I have no fuel and can’t use the card that is on my phone and don’t have a wallet with me but I have money.nnThey left me sitting there for 45 mins at 3:30 in the morning basically telling me I have no money so they can’t help me no excuse me you have no idea of my financial situation.nnMy phone had then turned on the girl rudely over the counter speaker said you must come in and prepay for my fuel.nnThey have treated me like I am poor and have no money and there is no kindness in the staff of this business.nnIf these were my people I would be embarrassed to own this place.nnPrepay for my fuel like I am a grub or thief this has made me so angry and upset as no one at all wanted to help and I was nothing but nice until they told me I would have to sit here all day with my carnnYou realise every customer that walked in your business witnessed this.nnAppalling behaviour she told me I’m broke instead of helping me

Great place to stop. Lovely & clean toilets to use, open all the time, early morning & late nights. Great pricing. Always a great experience.
I went to purchase ice last night, walked in, and went straight to the counter.nnI heard the lady working, unpacking drinks to put in the fridge. I thought, OK, she would serve me in a minute...........but no, she didn't.nnI continued to wait while she just kept on working, unpacking, and putting drinks in the fridge.nnI stood there for about 5 minutes when I had enough of being ignored and proceeded to walk out.nnYes, she did see me, yes she did not care.nnI walk out and get in my car. I see that she then immediately walks to the counter and presses the button that locks the doors.nnI am not sure what she thought was going to happen, but she wasted no time in doing that as soon as I left.nnA man caucasian enters after I leave, and as I am driving off, he walks out immediately with his drink.nnI know nothing will come of this, but it was a fantastic reminder that racism is alive and going strong in Australia and in this sad, pathetic woman.nnIf management or the owner cares, try hiring people who serve EVERYONE and not so blatantly discriminates against customers based on skin colour and race.
