I've been there few times and usually the staff are nice. However, today I was served by an Indian decent lady and was told the EFTPOS machine is not working and I'll HAVE to pay cash. I didn't have enough cash on me and told her I can pay with the cash I've got and come back after an hour to pay with my credit card when the system is back up again. Her reply was she don't know when it will be working and she will wait for me to get money from the ATM even tough I've told her few times that I don't have enough money in my accessible account. I insisted to wait there for her to contact someone to get the issue resolved. The lady eventually called someone and after 20 minutes, the machine was finally working. To my surprise she didn't even apologize for the long wait and made it sound like it to all the customers'(not just myself) fault for not having cash.

The worse customer service ever, the women on duty this afternoon was not helpful at all and gave me incorrect information in terms of the product refund policy and utterly refused to listen properly on my enquiry. I will never recommend anyone to go to this shop at all.

We were there for some take-away coffee, the staff was friendly and helpful. Will be happy to visit again.
