Very rude customer service. The lady that works for the night shift on 8th of August 2024 just chased away 3 customer trying to fill up their gas tank because it was closing time at 10:00pm.

The car wash breaks here frequently!? I feel they purposefully do it since it's costly to run it and fake it as car wash is broken for most of the days.  Is Coles express monitoring this behaviour of the franchisee by audits?

At times their prices can be at the upper end compared to other garages around but using the Linkt discount helps.nnStaff always seem nice and up for a chat which is positive

Your staff are abrupt and not too friendly.nIf you ring them like I was told to when your car wash has been out of order since before Christmas 2022 the 3 people I have spoken to have NO PHONE SKILLS.nI WILL NOT BE COMING IN EVER AGAINnGOOD LUCK.
