My sister and I have both had very awful interactions on separate occasions with an older lady working behind the counter. This is not the first time she’s been awful to myself. Makes the company look bad. Rude and disrespectful.

Absolutely horrible staff! Specially the manager lady. Had to call the cops on them the last time I was there 25th December 2020. I have no clue as to how these people get to keep their jobs serving customers in the way they do. I would rather go without gas than going in there. Will be avoiding the Coles brand going forward.
