I had fixed the fuel price at a discounted rate, and when I went to the cashier with a bottle of water to pay for the fuel, I presented my discount code. The cashier scanned the water bottle twice to avoid applying the discount and charged me the full amount. When I checked the receipt, I was surprised to see that the discount was not applied. When I went back to the cashier, they refused to acknowledge it. It’s disgraceful – I do not recommend this station.nNote: the price there was $169,9 c
4:20am and pies and sausage rolls are marked “Remove at: 2am” and the guy says sorry we aren’t selling those. I said “well that’s not great customer service” and he just shrugged at me. Poor service
I had a very disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven operated by Eshita. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but instead was met with an unwelcoming attitude and dismissive tone. This is not the level of service you would expect from a well-known brand like 7-Eleven. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.
Train your staff properly on how to deal with customers.nThe staff was completely rude from the beginning.nHe didn’t even ask if I had a 7/11 membership card.nWhen I told him that I have the card, he scanned it and rudely said, “Still the same.”nnP.S. I also worked as a 7/11 fuel station employee, so I know all the ins and outs.nIt’s clearly the owner’s fault for not training the staff well.
Absolutely scam. Same as some previous comments, the fuel lock wouldn't work, the staff just said not my problem and wouldn't honour the locked rate, still charged full price and wouldn't do anything to help. The person in front of me had the same issue too.nYou only find this out after you've filled up. They must be aware of the issue but wouldn't put a sign up or something to let people know beforehand. Just play dumb and get people to fill up.
