My family purchased a sofa from the store and asked for the item to be 'exactly like the floor stock.' The person quickly scribbled the image and said it was fine, but he was clearly in a rush because it was closing time. Without taking into account the right shape of the model, and unfortunately due to the contract, my family are left with a couch that took months to deliver which is the completely wrong shape! Also, considering we paid a hefty amount for the item, you would expect the quality to be well; what you pay for. But instead, the product is not fully upholstered with the head pieces, and the couch in those areas have already crinkled only within a week of purchase. I currently work in customer service, and to me I think that an investment such as a piece of expensive furniture should be a seamless process; but of course there are so many terms and conditions that you can get yourself tangled in.

Surprisingly good. Nothing like the snobby advertising suggests. Good quality yet practical furniture. My wife and i were very impressed with the electric recliner couches. They should hire a different marketing company to better communicate this and dump the 'showroom with semi clothed model' tv spots.
