I was picking up some industrial fans and I was served by a lovely lady by the name of Sandra who was at the information desk she was just fantastic. She helped me locate them and was just so polite and engaging with myself. I would give her a 10 star rating instead of a 5 but she has magnificent Customer Service skills and a great attitude towards her work. I’m definitely coming back as a customer.nReally impressed with her determination and kindness.
Went to Bunnings Taylor's Lake to exchange some items & l can't speak highly enough of the service with their staff... absolutely champions so kind, patient. Much respect to the young girl at the desk who was just lovely. I know how stressful retail can be.. Thank You & Happy New Year to all 2025.
Recently we rented a Van for transport. Van is very neat and tidy. Friendly staff helped us for smooth pick up and drop off processes. Plenty of parking places. Near to other shopping centres in Taylors Lakes. Bit far away to Melton but useful when Melton Bunnings was closed
For a store in a rather prominent, busy area, it is poorly stocked. Multiple times the website, nrby and the power pass app show stock, but yet at the store the stock is out of stock or missing. Stock selection is minimal compared to other Bunnings stores. Always worth the 10 minute extra drive going to Bunnings Melton. Taylors Lakes Bunnings is third world compared to the other, closer stores
Helpful staff and affordable prices. However for some time there are mice in the plant and tiles area. They are increasing uncontrollabley. Their poo on the tiles every where and you can see them running around. I hope this can be controlled as it is the image of the place.
