Thank you to Sienna for her help and excellent customer service. She was able to put a rush on my posters for a birthday party I was having in 3 hours. I went in there wanting a banner but she advised this is usually a 24 hour job and recommended an alternative which worked out great. Thank you Sienna for all your help.
Literally every single time I come in the waiting is above 30 minutes to just come to the counter not purchase, the service counter. Unbelievable! One person serving and 3 people sitting around telling jokes!nNot only that, but the attitude is so bad, and so slow moving, like are you people ok? You can surely walk faster knowing you have 25 people waiting!nDisgusting!
I have just been to Officeworks Taylors Lakes and was helped by one of the most knowledgeable staff members in Lucas who went well above and beyond to help me with my computer problem and shared his wealth of knowledge to solve it.nLucas is a real credit to your company and should be in a leadership position if he is not already and teach his ways to other staff to be able to help out other customers.nKeep up the very impressive work Lucas, you are truly amazing at your job and it shows how much you enjoy working there.
I would like to say thank you to the two employees who helped me out today, after they noticed the paper bag of groceries I was holding broke open while I was in store. They told me the lady at the front counter can just get me a new bag. This saved me from a panic attack, as someone with autism it’s almost like a rare thing where people go out of their way to help.
Went to print a small poster here and was advised 10-20 mins. Went for a 5 minute browse then sat in front of the printing station so the guy could see me. Waited patiently but noticed somebody managed to get their book binded before the poster was ready. It was 30 mins later I got my poster when I complained. Not only that, the couple 4th behind me had their poster ready at the same time, an incorrect size and the corrected size. Make it make sense lol.
