Most of the staff are lovely, always greeting with a smile if you walk past and are great with customer service. However, I was stopped at the front of the door for a bag check when I was leaving, which is fine I don't mind doing that, I also work in retail and understand shoplifting is an issue. I had bought an item from bigw earlier that day that had a electronic sticker on it and the lady working at the front of the store at the entrance brought it up and I told her it was from bigw, which it was, yet she insisted that it was not from bigw because the sticker was only used in jbhifi, which it isn't as I had bought multiple items from multiple stores with the same sticker on them. She looked as if she was smirking and finding enjoyment out of this interaction, which was slightly upsetting. I showed her my bigw receipt which listed the item that was the controversy as being purchased from there, yet she still insisted on the supposed fact that I had shoplifted, she called down another team member to check and he took my item and bigw receipt somewhere to check while I waited at the front. This was quite distressing for me, due to my anxiety I struggle to talk to people I don't know, let alone in situations such as these, being held at the front entrance and treated like I had done something wrong when I hadn't was quite upsetting. He did come back and said that I was fine to go which was a relief. But this really dampened my day, and I wish it was done in a way that wasn't as accusatory. But other than that my shop was great.
Purchased new phone online and picked up within 2 hours. Order was at their fingertips. In and out within 5 minutes. Terrific service. Well done JB!
