Our exclusive designs have been the recipient of many awards, Including two annual DECORATION & DESIGN “Best Lighting Design" awards and winner of "Product of the Year”.

Very poor customer service and no products I ordered 2 months ago! Order made 25th Feb 2022, nothing arriving by April 19th so contacted the customer service team- was advised order was to be dispatched that week. Still nothing 3rd May, 2022, phone again and was told nothing has been dispatched and was told that items in stock so I can request them to be dispatched if I'd like?? Absolutely no apology for the lack of communication and not dispatching the products I ordered. Sadly I would not recommend MRD home unless you can physically go into the store to purchase products and take them home with you then and there.
Such a shame that a company with pretty good products just can't meet minimum standards when it comes to supply and - importantly - communication. As a design company we order a lot of products from different suppliers and design is obviously important however if we can't give out clients comfort on delivery dates and times then we just cant afford to use companies like MRD. It ends up hurting our reputation and brand. Even simple follow-ups like calling to see what is going on end up badly. The phone just rings out. I know staffing has been an issue during Covid but surely a back-up plan for diverting calls or something similar would be a good idea? I hate writing bad reviews but in this case i feel compelled too. It's just incredibly frustrating - and life is hard enough!

Innovative products, great quality and a stunning aesthetic which can be matched across a range of furnishings. Enjoyed dealing with MRD Home. Thanks guys, and I'll keep an eye on the website for new stuff.
Probably the worst supplier of all time. Ordered items back in October, said they were due in November.... Still nothing! The Admin team are also unhelpful, dismissing my view and indulging in the grief they give to customers. Very poor at everything.... #unfollow
After 12 months of stress with building and renovating, the fun part was decorating. Thank you to your staff for their service and advice, I really am so grateful. The dining chairs are incredibly comfy, nice to finally share a meal with friends and family. The lamps are simply stunning and I have connected them to my Philips Hue lighting system - all controlled on my devices! Again thank you! Five stars to you all
I love this company, probably the most consistently gorgeous lamps, furniture and homewares of any company in Australia. The team are great to deal with, always courteous and go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order months ago that never arrived - despite the customer service team telling me on several different occasions that it had been sent that day. If I was the owner of this company I would be embarrassed by the terrible service they provide. Do not shop here!
