I have been shopping here for a number of years and find the staff and the service to be helpful, friendly and very good. They are a value for money organisation. They are my newsagent of choice. I see the same people shopping here regularly.

In reply to Venkatesh Maddineni. We don't have an "old lady with glasses" working at this store and never had. You must be mistaking us for another newsagency.

Lady working was quite abrupt and rude. Will not be a returning customer to newsXpress stores. Obviously staff need more training in how to give customer service. Happily spend my money elsewhere or just use online services in the future.

An old lady with glasses is the most racist one i have ever faced in my life. She started mocking me right on my face within 30 seconds of conversation, as she dont have any words to say in return cause of her mistake pointed by me. I wonder why such people were given jobs and lose business 🤔 Plz show her to some doctor, she doesn't fit to deal with customers
