They mistakenly filled an order 5 business days after they said the order was cancelled and refunded. They refused to rectify their mistake or fulfill their promise for a refund. I had to return the book to get the refund. But despite the tracking info saying the book was received 3 weeks ago I still have no refund. I have reminded them 3 times in the space of three weeks. The most incompetent customer service team in history maybe. You can get your books more cheaply elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle.

Most stuff is a rip off even with the member pricing. But what can you do when you need a textbook ASAP?
