First time ever using a storage company so walked in with little knowledge on how it works however, the service we received from the Takanini branch was incredible. Customer service was A++ and signup process quick and easy. The place is extremely clean and has high security fences which made us feel confident to store our belongings here. Great reception and intro service from Laina when i signed up. I like the demo storage unit too which made it easy to go in and see the sizes in person. I felt prices were reasonable I didn't really look around at last minute and they offer specials every now and then so i received a discount for 3 months. Was easy to access whenever I needed. Good communication around any updates or changes. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was conveniently close-by where I am for safe storage of my things while I transition to my new fale. Highly recommended. customer service +++++
Clean, secure and easy to navigate. The handful of times I've needed to interact with staff has always been great. They are friendly and helpful and frequently walk around the facility to check on things. They're also good at regularly communicating any changes in hours due to public holidays etc.
